The Ultimate Birthday Party

Frontline Parties are perfect for all children aged 7 upwards. We have an on-site picnic area which can be used after any party session if you wish to organise catering too.

Price options 

Parties take place on Saturdays and Sundays. Sessions start at either 10am or 1pm. A 4pm start is available from the 24th March. During the week private sessions are available, please call for details. 

Food / Takeaway

At Frontline we aim to give you as many options as possible. If you're looking to save money, most of our customers organise a Buffet which can be brought along. Other people have organised a BBQ or Hotdogs on a camping stove, just give us a call if you'd like to discuss any other ideas. 

If you would prefer not to arrange catering yourself, we have sourced some local providers who are happy to deliver to our site. 

What to expect 

If you book a party with Frontline you'll receive a letter of confirmation along with our professionally designed and printed invitation cards to hand out to all your guests. These cards are returned to you as an RSVP and also a signed consent form which we'll require on the day.

When you arrive you'll drive in through Gate 5 of the Showground where you'll find the car park on the left. A member of staff will meet you and your guests on arrival at the car park then your Frontline party organiser will also be there to welcome and supervise your players once they've parked.

Once everyone has arrived you'll be shown to your party bunker. This tent area is exclusively for your group so feel free to set up any drinks and snacks etc. The organiser will then take the children for their briefing and begin the first game.

Between the games the children will return to your bunker for a break where they can rest and have drinks/snacks. The organiser will return with the group too, helping to supervise and getting them ready for the next game, so the action never stops during a party.

After the last game has finished you'll have use of the bunker for a short time if you wish to feed the children, or there is also the picnic area on site if you wish to sit down for longer. All these details will be organised before the day so we can accommodate your requirements to ensure your child's party is absolutely perfect.
